Each Tuesday I will be hosting "Canvas Tuesday" in honoring, remembering and preserving not just my parent's memories but those who made a difference in my life as well as in other people's lives.
Canvases are used in many different forms with many different meaning.
I use and teach other's how to incorporate and express their feelings and emotions into a canvas. I have found that it is one of the best therapy to recover and find peace and acceptance from the lost of a loved one.
When someone passes on, physically they leave us but emotionally they stay in us. And what lies ahead our path is the healing process. Now, because there is no time frame of healing we never really heal from our lost however, we can all support each other and understand what we go through and know that we are not alone on that road of healing.
Through out the years we grow to love those around us and those who come into our lives. Sometimes we get caught up into our own lives that we take people for granted. And sometimes we don't realize how much someone means to us till they are physically gone. And that's what makes it hard on us to cope with the lost of a loved one at times.
